Shipping policy

At Exquisitely Creative, I strive to process your orders as efficiently as possible.  Typically, I aim to process and fill your orders within 3-5 business days, however, higher order volume may occur, in which case it will be 5-7 business days. Custom Orders are about 1-2 weeks out, please keep that in mind.

All shipping will be based on weight, size, and destination, calculated at checkout. All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service. Due to the current pandemic of Covid 19, you may experience delays in shipping.  Unfortunately, this is out of my control, but please know that collectively, we are all working hard to get your orders to you as soon as possible!

I am also not responsible for any packages once they leave my hands. 

Any international packages may be subject to duties, taxes, and fees.
